Responsibilities:
  • Organize and schedule local and regional shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents
  • Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers
  • Process and complete delivery requests and orders in a timely manner
  • Monitor and control the timely execution of work by our suppliers and logistics partners
  • Maintain daily and weekly operational reports on delivery status, costs, and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of work experience
  • English knowledge

  • Proven understanding of logistics and supply chain principles

  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures, specifically related to invoicing

  • MS Office Master user (Excel, Power Point, Word)

Terms:
  • 5/2, 9:00-18:00
