Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain internal IT applications and systems.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of software solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Provide support to end users regarding IT applications and systems.
• Participate in testing new features, updates, and system improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates who have recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of software development principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure will be considered a strong advantage.
• Understanding of IT systems, applications, and business processes.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• No prior full-time work experience required.

• Hands-on experience with modern technologies and business processes.
