Senior Recruiter (Remote, International Team)

Salary: USD $1.500-$1.800/month + Performance Bonuses

Location: Remote | Full-time

Carazo Enterprise SL is a fast-growing international trading and distribution company specializing in premium cigars and cigar brands produced in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. We proudly operate across Europe and the U.S., representing exclusive brands and collaborating with partners worldwide. Our multicultural team includes professionals from Spain, the U.S., and beyond.

As we expand, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract top talent while shaping a world-class hiring process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full-cycle recruitment: from job profile creation to final offer

• Posting jobs on local and international job boards

• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating follow-ups with hiring managers

• Managing candidate pipelines and tracking applications

• Communicating with candidates in English throughout the process

• Contributing to broader HR initiatives: onboarding, feedback collection, recruitment analytics

• Supporting new hire documentation and integration

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)

• ***Experience with international hiring in EU or USA (is mandatory)***

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) — essential, as all communication is in English

• Spanish or German language skills — big plus, rewarded with a salary bonus

• Strong self-organization and ability to work independently

• Higher education

• Desire to grow in an international environment and adapt to a multicultural team
