Intern – Junior Debt Collection & Call Center Specialist (English Required)

Location: Almaty | ‍ Only Recent Graduates | Full-time | Paid Internship with Growth Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

Debt Collection & Negotiation

• Call and message clients with overdue payments

• Negotiate payment plans with empathy and professionalism

• Maintain communication until full repayment

Call Center & Customer Support

• Handle incoming client calls and complaints

• Make informational outbound calls (no cold sales!)

• Support clients with tariffs, services, and promotions

CRM & Reporting

• Keep accurate records of all communication in our system

• Report on collection results and follow-ups

Compliance

• Act according to Kazakhstani financial and consumer protection laws

• Handle all communication with respect and ethics

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field) – recent graduate
