Apple Premium Resellers Team in Kazakhstan invites you to participate in the competition for the vacancy of HR Manager

Functional responsibilities:

• Description and alignment of processes for personnel management in the company
• Search for personnel to fill vacancies and create a personnel reserve
• Conducting interviews, testing, and other activities that help determine the professional skills, and personal competencies of the personnel performing their duties, candidates applying for vacant positions
• Organization of personnel training and development
• Preparation and communication of information on personnel changes related to the solution of strategic issues of the organization
• Consultation on issues related to the implementation of effective personnel management
• Adaptation, certification, assessment, motivation of personnel, conducting Exit-interviews
• Organization of corporate events

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in the specialty Management, Economics, Psychology. Special courses, advanced training
• Experience as a Human Resources Manager, HR Generalist, HRBP
• Corporate loyalty, commitment
