Functional responsibilities:

• Communicating with candidates through various channels (phone calls, messaging apps, email)
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Recruitment of the university's administrative positions
• Enhancing the university's employer brand (HR brand)
• Contributing to the development of strategic and operational HR plans for the university

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in economics, management, or psychology
• Experience in HR
• Ability to handle a high volume of vacancies
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English

Working conditions:

• Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Working hours: full time (08:30-17:30), lunchtime 1 hour
