Development of templates for the implementation of key department processes (presentation of the concept, HTS, competitor monitoring, Retail Audit. Organization and control of the timeliness of these processes, and most importantly - development of the results of these processes;

Development and implementation of a strategic plan for the development of the development department (optimization of processes, search and training of personnel).
