• Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.

• Ensure product availability in the Kazakhstan warehouse and achieve key KPIs: OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory levels and health, % sea shipments, back orders, sales loss, and stock-to-norm.

• Lead demand planning, aligning forecasts with marketing and sales to ensure consensus on primary and secondary forecasts.

• Maintain accurate master data in Kinaxis, SAP S4Hana, SAP B1, and relevant SCM dashboards.

• Develop logistics strategies and manage cross-functional coordination, documentation, and reporting.

• Review supplier contracts and coordinate delivery terms.

• Oversee and evaluate warehouse operations.

• Supervise supply chain, purchasing, warehouse, and serialization teams; assess capacity and support hiring decisions.

• Build and manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers and customers.

• A higher education degree (bachelor’s or postgraduate) in a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience with digital supply chain platforms such as SAP S4Hana, SAP B1, Kinaxis, and SCM dashboards.

• Fluent in English (Advanced level required).
