We are seeking a Head of sales to lead our team and expand into new sales channels. The employee will be responsible for developing and managing multiple sales channels, driving growth, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a key role in defining the sales strategy and optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue across various sales channels
• Identify new market opportunities and develop new sales channels.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, motivation, and performance management.
• Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and budgets to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with marketing, GTM and finance teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
• Negotiate with clients, ensuring sustainable long-term relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure competitive advantage.
• Continuously improve sales processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and managing multi-channel sales strategies.
• Strong experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams.
• Experience in D2C sales, with knowledge of different sales channels, particularly retail and e-commerce, preferably electronics ort household appliance industries.
• Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
