Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement 360° media strategies for FMCG brands, considering both local and export markets.

• Manage media budgets, tenders, media planning, and media buying.

• Lead digital and social media strategies, including e-commerce integration.

• Oversee content management (20+ campaigns/year), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

• Analyze campaign effectiveness using KPIs and reporting, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Conduct market and competitor research, implement media best practices.

• Lead the team and develop partnerships with agencies.

• Manage BTL activations and adapt strategies for Central Asian markets.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Marketing, Economics, or Communications.

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in media and digital.

• Proven success in international or advertising agencies, with experience on the client side being a strong advantage.

• Expertise in digital marketing and media strategy development.

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience working on KPIs and campaign reporting.

• Leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a result-oriented approach.

• Experience in FMCG and/or the beverage sector is a plus.

• Fluent in English.
