About the Role

As the Head of People’s Office, you will be a key member of 1Fit’s leadership team, driving the strategy to attract, retain, and grow top talent across diverse markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structures and processes from scratch, and is passionate about empowering a global, high-performing team.

1Fit’s HR function is currently one of the most underdeveloped areas of the business, making this a unique opportunity to make a transformative impact. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our global expansion by building a scalable people strategy that aligns with our culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and develop the HR Function

• Design and implement HR frameworks, processes, and systems, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Establish policies that ensure alignment with local labor laws while maintaining flexibility across markets.

2. Support Global Expansion

• Develop scalable strategies to support hiring, onboarding, and retaining talent in new and existing regions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to adapt people strategies to cultural and market-specific nuances.

3. Drive Talent Acquisition and Retention

• Partner with hiring managers to source and onboard top talent who align with 1Fit’s goals and values.
• Build an employer brand that resonates across our diverse markets.
• Create initiatives to improve employee retention and engagement.

4. Foster a Performance-Driven Culture

• Implement performance review systems and career development programs.
• Lead efforts to promote leadership development and succession planning.

5. Champion Employee Experience

• Design initiatives that enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
• Develop and oversee programs for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

6. Act as a Strategic Partner

• Collaborate with the leadership team to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and team dynamics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head of HR, Chief People Officer, or similar leadership role in a fast-growing startup or multinational organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build HR functions from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of global HR practices, labor laws, and cultural dynamics across SEA, Central Asia, and LATAM.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and make informed decisions.
• Passion for building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
