KPMG is seeking a skilled Head of HR Admin to join our team in Almaty. You will oversee key HR functions, including employee records, migration processes, and HSE compliance, while driving process improvements and leading a small team. As our Head of HR Admin, you will:

• HR Administration: Oversee employee records, labor contracts, and HR documentation, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Migration Processes: Manage migration processes for expatriates and foreign workers, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Policy Development: Develop and updаtеHR policies related to contracts, sick leave, and maternity leave, enhancing compliance and clarity.
• Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to automate HR processes, improving accuracy and efficiency across the department.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small team of HR administrators, ensuring effective coordination and alignment with company goals.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Accounting, or Economics.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in an international company with over 200 employees.
• Possess strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and HR-related regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR ERP systems (1C or similar).
• Are fluent in Russian, Kazakh (business-level), and have at least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Demonstrate leadership skills with experience in guiding and developing small teams (preferable).
