Arbuz.kz/Pinemelon.com is an international online supermarket with a range of 20 thousand products and delivery in 1-2 hour slots. Our focus is on quality food products and excellent service.

We work in Kazakhstan (Almaty, Astana). Since 2022, we have started sales in Denver, USA under the Pinemelon.com brand

Since 2018, we have been growing every year by 5 times in turnover.

The team is experienced entrepreneurs and managers with such projects as Ticketon, Aviata, Nfactorial.

We develope our own IT products - WMS (warehouse management system), routing, website / applications and recommendation systems.

Due to the growth and development of the company, we are looking for a Head of Data Analyst.

Role:

This strategic role will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analysis techniques to drive business insights, support decision-making, and enhance overall data strategy. The Head of Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing large datasets, developing and managing Power BI reports, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to work.

Who You Are:

• A data-driven professional with a deep understanding of data analysis and reporting;
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, with a track record of creating insightful dashboards and reports;
• A critical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights;
• A detail-oriented individual committed to maintaining data accuracy and integrity;
• An effective communicator, able to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Flexible and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the data analyst department;

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis;
• Experience in team management;
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset;
• Proven ability to communicate complex data findings to diverse audiences;

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with significant experience in Power BI;

• Demonstrated experience in leading data-driven projects and initiatives.
