Ready to take the next step in your career and lead our Collection team in the Philippines? Aventus Group, a leading international fintech group, is looking for a dynamic Head of Collection ready to relocate to the Philippines, join our team, and make a significant impact on the world of finance!

We are looking for a candidate with:

• High motivation and a desire to unlock their potential in the fintech world;
• Proactive and self-organized;
• Consistency in decision-making and a proven leadership track record;
• Experience as a team leader in collections, collections supervisor, deputy head of collections, or head of collections;
• 2 years of managerial experience with a strong focus on decision-making and accountability;
• Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English.

As our Head of Collection in the Philippines, you will:

• Lead setup and development of our collections team from "0" together with the Group’s Collection leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability;
• Develop methodologies, motivation systems, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the collections team, ensuring optimal performance;
• Create a strategy for managing non-performing loans using technical collection tools and collaborate with the IT team for integration;
• Be responsible for the performance of the collections department, lead it by example, and strive for success and achieving goals.
