Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for the Chassis and Body Components Bureau.
• Development of chassis and body components.
• Initiation of new localization elements.
• Project planning and monitoring.
• Supplier evaluation.
• Expansion of the supplier pool.
• Pricing of localized components and subsequent tendering.
• Coordination of certification and homologation processes for new localized components.
• Control of localized component orders and inventory status.
• Establishment of a cooperation system with the Organization’s General Procurement Department.
• Preparation of presentation materials for management, including regular reporting and communication.
• Preparation of comparative component analyses.
• Weekly coordination of deliveries with contractors.
• Weekly reporting to the Director of the Procurement Department.
• Periodic cross-functional activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher technical education (Postgraduate education).

• Specialization: Engineering specialties; Organization of transportation and operation of transport; Mechanical engineering; Transport, transport equipment, and technologies.

• Work experience: At least 4 years.

• Language proficiency: English — mandatory.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Korean is an advantage.

• Knowledge of the general structure of a vehicle and its main components.

• Resource planning and allocation.

• Persuasion and presentation skills.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make non-standard decisions.
