• Manage team in Business Analysis department across group countries
• Monitor sales performance vs budget across group countries
• Set up and control correctness of management report
• Put forward proposals for the necessary actions to improve the company’s financial and/or other indexes
• Digitization, optimization, automation of business processes - sales funnels, marketing reporting, acquisition channels, etc.
• Manage business analytics based on generated reports
• Communication with top management for business improvement

• Graduate with a mathematics/technical background
• Experience of manage analysts team for more than 3 years
• Experience of working in lending/financial companies for more than 3 years
• Experience of working on group level companies more than 2 years
• Have solid knowledge of SQL (high level)
• Fluent in English (Advanced)
