Обязанности

• Conducting the contractual process and document flow with contractors together with procurement, legal and financial departments;
• Budgetary issues planning, plan fact analysis, transfer of budget balances;
• Formation of a draft agreement;
• Monitoring the conclusion of NDA and compliance with new counterparties, as well as monitoring the status of current contracts;
• Monitoring the conclusion of the contract, exchange of acts, preparation of a report on the work done;
• Accounting for existing documentation, sorting, grouping, archiving documents;
• Communication with counterparties regarding timely payments and exchange of documents;
• Tracking payment statuses;
• Correct reflection of costs in internal systems.

Требования

• Higher education (economics / finance / accounting / analysis and audit);
• Experience working with company budgets;
• Experience with contracts and basic reporting (invoices, certificates of work performed);
• English language not lower than B2;
• Good knowledge of office software: google docs, SAP, Oracle systems, etc;
• Attentiveness, responsibility, accuracy and high speed of work.
