Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Development:
  • Prepare and manage regular budgets for various departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather budgetary needs and forecast funding requirements.
• Fund Allocation:
  • Monitor and analyze fund allocations to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Review and approve budget adjustments and reallocations as needed.
• Financial Reporting:
  • Generate regular budget reports and variance analyses to track financial performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on budget analyses to senior management.
• Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to budgeting and fund management.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Cost Management:
  • Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements within budgetary processes.
  • Analyze spending trends to support strategic financial planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, internal control, financial analysis, or fund management, preferably in the tobacco or manufacturing sector
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in budgeting software and MS Excel, SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work conditions:

• This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 09:00–18:00/08:00–17:00
