technology-driven multinational group of companies existing for the past three decades. Global leader in holistic omnichannel solutions, supporting clients in their international expansion needs (b2b). Currently operating successfully in 9 countries is looking for a Finance Supervisor

Position Overview:

Ideal candidate to be from a professional services provider / Experience in Global Tax strong advantage

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in

• tax compliance, tax controlling for the Group
• in overseeing and managing the financial operations in 4 different locations of the group assisting the Head of Trading Entities of the group. This position involves overview in the accounting function, ensuring compliance with local financial, legal and tax regulations, reviewing financial reports, monitoring of group internal and external reports and providing valuable insights to management.

You will be reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and the Head of Trading Entities.

Detailed Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance:

• Implementation of group initiatives in respect to local tax planning
• Tax Compliance Check
• Evaluation of tax exposures for new projects

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Responsibility for smooth monthly month-end process
• Review monthly management accounts in compliance with Internal Group Standards
• Analyse financial data and present meaningful insights to the management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential risks

Monitoring and checking of external and internal reports accuracy

Auditing:

• Overview the smooth audit process for all locations you are going to be responsible for
• Assistance to chief accountants if needed resolving complex issues
• Technical checking of the financial statements

Treasury Management:

• Monitor cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and timely notification for any cash deficiency
• Monitor the payment run mechanism on a weekly basis
• Monitor payments to customers

Other adhoc requests are requested by Finance Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar position (3+ years)
• An open mind eager to learn and develop in a fast-moving multinational group
• Strong team player
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Holder of a professional accounting qualification ACCA or equivalent would be considered as an advantage
• Experience in Tax will be considered as an advantage
• Strong English language knowledge (both oral and written) is a must
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy in financial reporting
