Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed and data-savvy Finance Manager to take ownership of PSP statement reconciliation, balance audits, and fund reallocations. If you thrive on precision, structure, and working with high volumes of financial data—this role is calling your name!

Your Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of PSP (Payment Service Provider) statements
Conduct regular balance audits and verify correctness of reflected funds
Handle fund reallocations between PSPs, including on-call duties during weekends
Perform daily cost breakdowns by category across all projects
Assist with various financial tasks and maintain up-to-date documentation

What we’re looking for:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in a relevant finance or accounting role

✔️ Hands-on expertise with PSP operations and reconciliations

✔️ Strong analytical skills and comfort with large datasets

✔️Solid experience building and maintaining management reporting

✔️High attention to detail and accountability for financial accuracy

Tech & Soft Skills:
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Familiarity with financial documentation workflows and reporting tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
⏱ Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage time effectively
A proactive and structured mindset with a passion for process optimization
