Location : Almaty, Kazakhstan

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead and strengthen the finance function across the CIS region.

The role is based in Almaty, with regional oversight of four key countries (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan) in which Eren Perakende operates.

General Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in retail industry (fashion or sports retail is highly preferred), with regional or multi-country exposure.

• Strong command of IFRS, financial planning, and regulatory compliance in the CIS region.

• Experience managing cross-border teams, vendors and working in international and matrix organizations

• Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; knowledge of Turkish is an advantage. • Willingness to travel frequently within the CIS region and to HQ in Istanbul.

Job Description

• Lead and supervise all financial operations across CIS markets, including accounting, tax, treasury, planning & analysis, reporting, and compliance. • Ensure financial controls, governance, and policies are implemented and aligned with Group standards.

• Act as a strategic partner to the CIS General Manager and the HQ Finance team, supporting decision-making through accurate financial data and analysis.

• Prepare and present regular financial reports and forecasts to both local leadership and HQ.

• Monitor business performance, identify risks/opportunities, and lead budgeting and cost-efficiency initiatives.

• Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, banks, and local partners as needed
