Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance within the area of responsibility and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Lead and optimize management reporting processes, including automation of financial dashboards and reports.
• Build financial models and calculate business cases to support decision‑making.
• Evaluate investment efficiency and ensure budget control over CAPEX projects.
• Collaborate with Production and Logistics teams to design and implement measures that improve operational efficiency.
• Drive monthly, annual, and strategic financial planning cycles.
• Monitor execution of financial plans and key metrics.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance within FMCG, Retail, Big‑4, or a large manufacturing company.
• ACCA or CIMA certification - mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Solid understanding of factor analysis, budgeting, management accounting, and business planning.
• Ability to work with high accuracy, speed, and strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in automation of reporting or leading financial projects.
• English - Intermediate+.
