We are looking for a highly skilled and independent IT/Digital Project Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong blend of technical IT knowledge, digital strategy, and project leadership. The ideal candidate will manage complex projects from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration across technical and business teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Independently manage full-cycle execution of digital and IT projects, from planning to deployment.
  • Collaborate with development, IT infrastructure, and Area Digital teams to ensure successful technical execution.
  • Oversee the integration of digital strategies with new and existing platforms, ensuring architectural alignment and system scalability.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of a new loyalty system, coordinating both technical and business requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies including SEO, SMM, eCRM, display advertising, and loyalty programs.
  • Provide architectural oversight on IT solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in defining product roadmaps and technical specifications for new and evolving digital tools.
  • Foster strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders across departments, including IT, Marketing, Legal, and Area teams.
  • Ensure all projects comply with internal IT governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.

What we are looking for?

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing systems support (e-commerce, customer database interaction/management).

  • Proven track record in managing complex digital and IT projects independently.

  • Solid understanding of IT systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and integration principles.

    Experience in creating and managing advertising campaigns.

  • Experience with content management systems SMO, SMM, SEO (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics).

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).

  • Russian and English - advanced.

  • Communication, collaboration, presentation skills.
