What are we looking for?
Executive Assistant is responsible for key support to General Manager and members of the Central Eurasia Leadership team. They bring unvaluable support and precise help to the Leadership Team by managing their executive level administrative tasks in a timely manner and with flexibility. Bringing organization and proactive support, the job holder significantly contributes to enhance effectiveness of the team, facilitating their operating as a High performing team, diligently reinforcing relationships and diffusing the important aspects of the business culture across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences to optimize time and prioritize tasks.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the Leadership Team members.
• Serve as primary liaison, handling communications and correspondence.
• Support special projects and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with policies.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support to the leadership office.

Required skills and experience:

Skills:

• Action Planning, Planning and Organizing, Policy and Procedures, Verbal

Communication.

Experience:

• Proven experience in similar roles within FMCG or other business environment.
