Intern, Transaction Services

KPMG is looking for Intern in Transaction Services group of Deal Advisory Department.

You may be involved in:

• Buy-side financial due diligence: financial analysis, identification of major liabilities, risks and other points that may influence financial performance and value of the target company
• Vendor due diligence for companies up for sale
• Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials

To fill the role, a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Higher education (degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other technical degrees)
• Experience in audit and/or transaction support is an advantage
• Base knowledge of accounting and IFRS
• ACCA certification in process is an advantage
• Fluent English and Russian for working with documents and communication with clients
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Effective team player
• Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills
• Exceptional attention to details
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
• Ability to go on business trips
