Requires a degree qualified person with good project execution experience as a Lead Engineer or as a Project Engineering Manager.

A person with piping, mechanical or civil engineering background;

Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems;

Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel;

Specific responsibilities/duties include the following:

Organize/plan project work, support estimate activities, write/review specifications including design criteria, prepare/maintain schedules, develop/monitor estimates and manpower forecasts, assign work, work with project/client/field, material procurement, permit, and subcontract activities;

Provide guidance/supervision to engineering discipline lead engineers;

Support the development of the project quality assurance plan and direct technical audits;

Travel, as required, to ensure the successful execution of project goals;

Administer performance appraisal input and support development/training activities within the engineering group;

Develop and build client relations;

Provide close interface with other discipline functions outside of the Engineering group (such as Project Management, Project Controls etc.). English-upper intermediate
