Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the integration and functionality of the logistics module within the e-commerce platform. This includes ensuring seamless data flow between the online store, inventory management systems, and shipping providers.
• Troubleshooting any issues or errors related to the logistics module. This requires identifying problems, diagnosing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with IT and development teams to implement updates, enhancements, and new features for the logistics module. This ensures the system remains efficient and aligned with business needs.
• Monitoring and analyzing logistics-related data and performance metrics. This includes tracking shipping times, costs, and delivery success rates to identify areas for improvement.
• Generating reports and providing insights on logistics performance to relevant stakeholders. This helps inform decision-making and optimize the supply chain.
• Working with customer service teams to resolve shipping-related inquiries and issues. This contributes to a positive customer experience.
• Potentially managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping carriers. This involves negotiating contracts and monitoring service levels.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize the e-commerce supply chain. This could involve initiatives to reduce shipping costs, improve delivery times, or enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in Supply Chain, WHS Management 1 year or more
• Strong knowledge and experience in Bitrix24, SAP, WMS.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of shipping, carriers, and basic supply chain concepts.
• Ability to analyze shipping data and generate actionable insights.
• Effective at identifying and resolving logistics-related issues.
