Обязанности:

• Manage daily operations of a home appliance brand on e-commerce platforms in Kazakhstan (e.g., Kaspi.kz), including product listing, inventory management, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaign planning.
• Analyze platform data to optimize product pages and operational strategies, increasing store traffic and conversion rates.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support market research, track competitor activities, and provide suggestions for operational improvements.
• Prepare regular operational reports using Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data organization and presentations.

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with basic data analysis skills.
• Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of basic English communication and email correspondence.
• Keen interest in e-commerce operations; familiarity with Kazakhstan’s e-commerce market (e.g., Kaspi.kz) is a plus.
• Strong learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, data analysis, or relevant internships is preferred.
