Distribution Development Specialist (Temporary)

The specialist will provide operational support to distributors, monitor their performance, manage stock levels, and ensure alignment with sales plans. They will also facilitate communication and coordination with partners in line with company objectives.

Note: This is temporary position to cover an employee on maternity leave.

What are we looking for?

• Analytical skills with ability to work with large amount of information/data, attention to details
• Action oriented with continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for enhancement
• Good communication skills (both oral and written) and discipline
• Accurate and effective planning (process management)
• English & Russian – Upper intermediate
• Extensive use of Excel & Power point

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Distributor Management: operational support (Mars-Distributors), support in driving effective sales growth via reconciliation of SI delivery, Stock management, NQC & SCL management
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze distributor KPI performance to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Customer management: manage a team of distributors/peers to ensure alignment with company goals and provide ongoing support.
