Your day-to-day:

• Understand business needs in the field of digital labeling stability, identify requirements, and offer an effective solution.
• Create a flexible and innovative IT organization.
• Ensure communication and coordination to successfully solve the problem and provide regular status reports.
• Solve complex problems by analyzing, identifying and contributing to the emergence of solutions leading to effective resolution.
• Registration, analysis and prioritization of all incoming requests + maintenance of routine activity of the CM Department.
• Forwarding, registration and status monitoring with Kazakhtelecom / Inexto / Labeling Operator.
• Minimization and escalation of risks.
• Ensuring a sustainable referral resolution process.

Who we're looking for:

• Higher education in the field of information technology, or technical /engineering.
• Experience in providing and supporting IT system solutions in large international companies for at least 1 year, experience in supporting engineering projects in manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of MS SQL, MS Server, Power Shell, LES/MES systems, ERP, SAP, Track & Trace (systems for tracking the movement of finished products) will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
