Your day-to-day:

- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Define and maintain the product vision, goals, and roadmap for website capabilities and e-commerce functions;
Prioritize features and functionalities based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility;

- Back-End Development Collaboration:
Work closely with IT and development team to define technical requirements and ensure the backend systems support the desired functionalities;
Oversee API integrations, database management, and system architecture to align with business needs;

- E-Commerce Optimization:
Drive the development and improvement of e-commerce functionalities, including payment systems, order management, and user account management;
Ensure scalability and reliability of the e-commerce platform to support growth.

- Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT and development team;
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.

- Agile Practices:
Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog;
Lead sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver iterative improvements.

- Performance Monitoring and Improvements:
Monitor platform performance, user experience, and business KPIs;
Identify and address issues or opportunities for improvement proactively.

Who we're looking for:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably with e-commerce platforms;
- Strong understanding of backend development principles, APIs, and system integrations;
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms;
- Knowledge of payment systems, inventory management, and e-commerce best practices is a plus.
