We are searching now the best candidate to be a Department Assistant/Personal Assistant in our Consulting Department.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Experience in similar positions minimum 2 years
  • Complete fluency in English and Russian (experience as a translator/interpreter is advantage)
  • Experienced PC user (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions with limited supervision
  • Attentiveness to details

Role functions:

  • Providing administrative support to the Partner/Director
  • Organization and coordination of business meetings (documents and presentations preparation, organizing schedules)
  • Arranging business trips
  • Preparing of contracts, internal sign - off procedure
  • Arranging audio and video conferences
  • Other tasks assigned by the Partner/Director
  • Checking documents for compliance with risk management policies
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Administrative support for department (145 people)
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Travel support for department
  • Communicating with colleagues to answer questions about policies, procedures, and services offered by the company
  • Assist in planning department activities such as seminars, workshops, or conferences
  • Providing administrative support by creating and maintaining files, compiling reports, making travel arrangements, and tracking expenses
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the work of the department is carried out smoothly
