We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Bereke.

Main Responsibilities

• Transit time/ Min & Max days Calculation & uploading on daily basis to eliminate stock-out
• Monitoring Stock level of distributors, execution of Sell-In & Sell-Out targets, Ideal Source, make corrections in timely manner
• Coordinating weekly/Monthly Pre-&SOP with Sales team (4 region + NKA) to achieve execution
• Prepare & upload following targets:
• Theoretical OOS
• Ideal Source
• FaireShare
• Risky product split/ Regular Split calculation (2 region +KA)
• KA reserve allocation by plants & city warehouse
• Distributors Sell out/Sell in analysis
• Sell out baseline calculation
• Volume building block approach forecasting
• Visualization of analysis results in power BI

Qualification

• University Graduate (Economics or Engineering degree)
• Minimum 5 years on a similar position, or in planning industry.
• Skills and expertise:
• Production planning terms for a food production plant;
• Statutory materials regarding planning, accounting and analysis of company performance;
• Experience in Materials Requirements planning (MRP);
• Profile and specifications of the company operation.
• Language skills: English is mandatory – Upper-intermediate and above.
• Computer skills: SAP, Excel – advanced, Microsoft Office.
