Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated ETL pipelines/scripts to streamline data collection from various internal and external data sources.

• Lead data integration projects by conceptualizing data flows, writing logic, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and optimizing business processes.

• Build and maintain reports and interactive dashboards to provide actionable insights to business users.

• Interpret and present data insights to stakeholders.

• Utilize advanced statistical methods to extract actionable insights from data.

• Lead system integration projects, including designing data flows, testing, and collaborating with development teams.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL Server, including window functions, complex joins, and subqueries.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.

• Strong knowledge of Python for data collection, automation, and analysis. Familiarity with R (optional)

• Understanding of web scraping and API integration to gather and process data from various digital channels.

• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica.

• Experience with API of eCRM (Bitrix24).

• Experience with intergration of advertising platforms of Google, Yandex, Tiktok.

• Knowledge of statistical techniques to support advanced analytics tasks.
