Responsibilities:

• Legal support for the company’s activities within corporate relations.
• Preparation and analysis of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assessment of legal risks and providing advice on corporate law matters.
• Support for mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring processes.
• Consulting on corporate governance and compliance with legal requirements.
• Representing the company’s interests in government and judicial bodies.
• Interaction with external consultants and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a corporate lawyer position.
• Knowledge of corporate law, civil law, and basic principles of antitrust regulation.
• Experience working with antitrust authorities and understanding the principles of antitrust legislation.
• Ability to work with contract and legal documentation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and strong communication skills.
• Experience in an international company will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of English is required on Upper-intermediate level
