Yesim is a product-based international company that provides first-class mobile internet for corporate and private travelers across 150 countries worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to become the bridge between our company and our global user base, ambassadors, and affiliate partners. This role includes active development and management of online communities across key platforms (Reddit, Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Quora, etc.), and direct involvement in running our affiliate program (approx. 50% of work time).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage English-speaking and multilingual communities on platforms like Telegram, Reddit, Instagram, WhatsApp, Quora, and others
• Administer corporate and product-focused channels; actively engage with users and foster community activity
• Develop and execute strategies for community growth and engagement
• Manage the affiliate program: identify, recruit, and support ambassadors (micro-influencers)
• Collaborate with external Reddit agencies and SMM partners
• Handle user feedback, moderate discussions, and maintain a respectful and welcoming environment
• Track performance, maintain reporting, and work toward KPIs and growth metrics

Requirements

• English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager or digital community admin
• Proven experience in managing and growing communities on Telegram, Reddit, Instagram, WhatsApp
• Experience launching or supporting affiliate and ambassador programs
• Strong communication, content, and cross-platform management skills
• Solid understanding of organic growth principles and engagement mechanics
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment with a focus on results

• Personal experience running successful channels or communities
• Experience working with KPI metrics and delivering on activity and growth goals
• Awareness of trends in digital marketing and influencer promotion
