Commercial Intelligence manager is responsible for building strong data foundation to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This includes establishing and maintaining local data governance practices, developing business intelligence tools and reporting capabilities, and providing actionable insights to optimize customer engagement, field force effectiveness, and business performance. Commercial Intelligence manager plays a key role in fostering data-driven culture and supporting commercial organization with timely, relevant, and trusted information.

Key accountabilities:

• Lead data collection, cleaning and automation processes to ensure quality and reliability of business data
• Support data integration and harmonization efforts across sources and systems
• Generate and communicate business insights that enable data-driven decisions across departments
• Lead ad-hoc analytical studies to facilitate business decision making
• Launch standard reporting templates and decision-making tools
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, performance reports, and analytical tools
• Drive user adoption of BI tools through training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Other responsibilities and duties may be required depending on local and global priorities.

Candidate requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the international company
• Business intelligence, data analytics or market insights related experience is required
• Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical / project management skills
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in oral and written English & Russian

• Certifications in BI tools such as Power BI are preferred
• Experience in Business intelligence / Data management area is a plus
• Experience in Pharma is a plus
