The company delivers large-scale projects for enterprise customers across financial services, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, and the public sector.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Governance expert to lead methodology development and support enterprise Data Governance implementation projects for major clients.

This is a client-facing consulting role requiring close collaboration with executive stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Data Governance, Data Management and Data Quality methodologies.
• Build end-to-end governance processes and operating models.
• Develop policies, standards, procedures, RACI, KPIs and governance documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and advise customers on Data Governance best practices.
• Support implementation of an enterprise Data Governance platform and related data management solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management or Data Quality.
• Proven experience implementing Data Governance in large enterprise organizations.
• Strong understanding of Data Catalog, Metadata Management, MDM, DWH/Data Lake, ETL/ELT and Data Quality.
• Experience with enterprise Data Governance or Master Data Management platforms.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and Data Vault methodology is highly desirable.
• Experience in banking or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with C-level executives.
• Intermediate English or higher.
