Key responsibilities:


• Supervision of the company's accounting and tax processes across all areas: Bank, Cash, Inventory,
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Production, Fixed Assets and Intangible Assets, Capital, etc.
• Oversee the preparation, analysis, and reconciliation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with local
and international accounting standards;
• Manage the monthly financial close process to ensure accurate and timely reporting and forecasting;
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture;
• Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, including compliance with Kazakhstan tax law, IFRS,
and other relevant standards;
• Lead and manage process of Tax reporting and timely Tax submission;
• Implement controls and reconciliations for both accounting and management accounts;
• Create, implement and updаtеcompany’s internal policies and procedures, ensure all documentation and
transactions comply with policies’ and procedures’ requirements;

Professional requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• DipIFR certification or similar;
• 5+ years of accounting experience in the HoReCa industry, including 2+ years in a leadership role;
• Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan tax regulations and experience communicating with fiscal agencies;
• Proficiency in 1C Trade, experience working with iiko;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail;
• English (Upper-intermediate and higher);
• Ability to inspire confidence and adaptability in dynamic environments.
