What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in the retail sector;
Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan's tax and accounting legislation;
Confident user of SAP;
English proficiency at intermediate level or higher (for communication with international partners and auditors);
Attention to detail, proactiveness, and a high level of independence.
Key responsibilities:
Full cycle accounting and tax management;
Preparation and submission of financial and tax reports;
Communication with government authorities, auditors, and banks;
Ensuring internal processes comply with legal and corporate standards.
