Responsibilities:

The following tasks are related to training and development of employees:

1. Conducting Training Sessions:
- Conducting scheduled training sessions on soft skills development such as teamwork, communication, time management, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
- Ensuring active participation of all attendees through practical exercises, games, and group discussions.

2. Developing Training Programs Based on Business Requests:
- Designing training programs and materials based on specific business requests.
- Adapting existing training programs to meet the unique needs of the company and its employees.

3. Evaluation and Analysis:
- Assessing the effectiveness of conducted training sessions through participant surveys, tests, and practical exercises.
- Analyzing collected data to provide recommendations for further improvement of the programs.

4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining documentation of conducted training sessions, including reports, evaluations, and participant feedback.
- Preparing reports for company management on the results and effectiveness of conducted activities.

5. Feedback Collection:
- Gathering and analyzing feedback from training participants to adjust programs and approaches.
- Making changes to training programs based on the received feedback.

6. Organizing Training Sessions:
- Preparing necessary materials and equipment for conducting training sessions.
- Coordinating events to ensure their successful execution.

Requirements:

  • Higher Education;
  • At least 1 year of experience as a soft skills development trainer;
  • Similar role experience 3 years +
