Business Development Specialist (Agribusiness)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to support the growth of our agribusiness, particularly in the agrochemical sector, across Kazakhstan.
This role combines project coordination, regulatory support, and collaboration with local and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing agribusiness strategies;
• Coordinate pesticide registration and ensure compliance with local regulations;
• Manage communication with institutes, manufacturers, and authorities;
• Monitor and report on field trials and research activities;
• Support sales administration (contracts, expenses, data entry);
• Participate in business trips and maintain partner relationships.

Requirements

• University degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, or Pharmaceuticals;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (agro, chemical, or related industry);
• Strong communication and project coordination skills;
• English - В2;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
