Job requirements:

1. Educational background

   • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.

   • Professional certifications such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), or equivalent are preferred.

2. Experience

   • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, IT risk management, or a related field.

   • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing business continuity plans and risk mitigation strategies.

   • Familiarity with Regulation No. 188 on Risk Management and Internal Control, and experience ensuring compliance with related regulations.

3. Technical skills

   • Strong knowledge of risk assessment and business impact analysis methodologies.

   • Proficiency in developing and testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

   • Ability to implement and monitor risk controls and maintain compliance with Regulation No. 188.

   • Experience in conducting risk assessments, scenario analyses, and continuity tests.

   • Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity as they relate to business continuity.

4. Key competencies

   • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.

   • Project management skills to oversee the development and implementation of continuity plans.

   • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.

5. Responsibilities

   • Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity plans, ensuring alignment with Regulation No. 188 and the organization's risk management policies.

   • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify key areas of vulnerability.

   • Work closely with internal departments to ensure understanding and compliance with risk management and internal control regulations.

   • Facilitate training and awareness programs related to business continuity and risk management.

   • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and business continuity plans, making necessary improvements.

   • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal standards for risk management.

   • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that business continuity strategies align with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements.

6. Regulatory knowledge

   • In-depth knowledge of Regulation No. 188 on Risk Management and Internal Control.

   • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and integrate them into the organization’s risk management framework.
