Job requirements:
Educational background
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), or equivalent are preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, IT risk management, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing business continuity plans and risk mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with Regulation No. 188 on Risk Management and Internal Control, and experience ensuring compliance with related regulations.
Technical skills
Strong knowledge of risk assessment and business impact analysis methodologies.
Proficiency in developing and testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Ability to implement and monitor risk controls and maintain compliance with Regulation No. 188.
Experience in conducting risk assessments, scenario analyses, and continuity tests.
Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity as they relate to business continuity.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity plans, ensuring alignment with Regulation No. 188 and the organization's risk management policies.
Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify key areas of vulnerability.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure understanding and compliance with risk management and internal control regulations.
Facilitate training and awareness programs related to business continuity and risk management.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and business continuity plans, making necessary improvements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal standards for risk management.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that business continuity strategies align with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements.
Regulatory knowledge
In-depth knowledge of Regulation No. 188 on Risk Management and Internal Control.
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and integrate them into the organization’s risk management framework.
