We are looking for the Trade Marketing Specialist to be a part of our Marketing team located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What We Expect:

  • Evaluate existing marketing processes (e.g., reporting, KPI tracking) and build automated Power BI/Power Query dashboards to reduce manual work and enhance efficiency
  • Track and manage promo spending and incremental sales performance for both the RedBOX loyalty program and regular trade promotions
  • Conduct timely post-activation analyses to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements for future promotional activities
  • Prepare inputs to monthly reviews with Sales Managers and the Sales Director: share findings and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support RGM and Channel Marketing teams with analyses by SKU, customer, channel, store, and Sales Developer
  • Continuously enhance Power BI reporting tools to support dynamic business needs and performance tracking

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and related field of studies
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Power BI and Power Query
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
  • Experience in process automation and dashboard development is a plus
  • Understanding of methodologies for calculating key business KPIs is a strong advantage
  • Highly responsible, with good organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and strong communication abilities
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or above – able to communicate clearly with regional and global stakeholders
