General Qualifications:

• PhD in a relevant field (required for professorial positions) or Master’s degree (for senior lecturer roles)

• Academic background in:

  • International Relations, Political Science, Eurasian Studies

  • Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or related fields

• University-level teaching experience

• Strong research and publication record (for professorial positions)

• Interest and/or experience in curriculum development and academic leadership

• Engagement in scholarly activities and the international academic community

• English language proficiency:

  • C1 level or higher (for International Relations position)

  • B2 level or higher (for Journalism Program positions)
