Roles and Responsibilities: - Organize accessible, hands-on workshops and training to improve AI proficiency and awareness across teams;
- Promote responsible AI use and efficiency-enhancing hacks; ensure the organization is up-to-date on AI trends and best practices;
- Stay actively engaged with the AI community to source the latest tools, techniques, and hacks that drive value in banking;
- Support teams in identifying impactful AI applications, scoping use cases, and leveraging tools that meet business goals;
- Build a culture of curiosity and AI empowerment through active promotion, tool demos, and resource sharing;
Qualifications/Experience: - Knowledgeable in popular AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, image recognition APIs, and other accessible AI services) and their practical applications;
- Strong connections in the AI community; up-to-date on emerging tools, tips, and usage techniques;
- Ability to recognize potential AI use cases within banking processes and recommend suitable tools for implementation.
Tools:
- PowerPoint, Canva for designing training materials and resources;
- Proficient in widely accessible AI tools like ChatGPT, various AI API services, and automation platforms;
- Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter for staying informed on trends and hacks;
- JIRA, Confluence, or similar for sharing resources and documenting best practices;
- Google Forms, Typeform for capturing participant feedback and measuring the impact of training sessions.
