The customer group supply manager participates in the strategic planning of the customer group, undertakes key measures of the supply business, analyzes the supply competition environment externally, guides the supply demand of customers, and provides professional customer group supply solutions; internally drives the development of supply capabilities, integrates supply resources, and achieves relative supply. The presentation of the competitive advantage in the customer interface is the person responsible for the satisfaction of the project supply of the customer group.
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in and undertake strategic planning of customer groups, identify customer supply needs, carry out customer supply coordination, and be responsible for building contract availability.
2. Establish supply-related customer communication channels and routine visit mechanisms;
3. Participate in customer group strategic planning, analyze supply competition environment, and collect customer supply requirements;
4. Based on the customer's organizational structure and operation process, clarify the objects and elements of customer supply collaboration;
5. Identify pre-sales supply risks, drive improved contract terms, and build contract availability.
