Account Manager (English‑Speaking Markets)

• Workdays: Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Almaty time)

• Work format: Office‑based only (Almaty)

• Salary: $1,200 fixed base + monthly bonuses (paid monthly)

About Us

We are an international consulting agency headquartered in Kazakhstan. We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Account Manager to work with English-speaking clients—focused on delivering top-notch service and forging strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients exclusively in English via phone and email

• Offer consultation and support to current users

• Manage client records in CRM and internal systems

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships

• Meet and surpass established KPIs

Requirements (applications not meeting these criteria will not be considered)

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher (spoken and written)

• Experience communicating with native English speakers (through work, internships, or projects)

• Strong business communication and correspondence skills

• Confident PC user, with Excel proficiency

• Key soft skills: empathy, persistence, flexibility, emotional resilience
